Building and maintenance

We also have a building and maintenance division where we carry out day to day maintenance and building contracts for clients who entrust their maintenance to us.

Clients include local authorities, housing associations, schools and many large corporations. We are fully aware of the needs and aspiration of our clients and work closely to deliver a quality repairs service.

Whether the requirement is for responsive or emergency repair and maintenance we can fulful the most demanding tasks.

Company charges

There is a minimum call out charge of £60 plus materials and VAT - unless a quotation has been given.

All quotations are free

Customers will not be charged for parking, the time engineers spend travelling to jobs, or the London congestion charge.
